Topic: Reproductive Rights
Chairs: Emma Solomon and Sahana Singh Crisis Staff: Zachary Robinson and Ryan Pipkin Email: [email protected] Topic Description: Recent action by states to restrict abortions has brought reproductive rights back to the center of several debates throughout the country. The U.S. Senate will need to create legislation that not only addresses differences between states, but also aligns with the current judicial precedent.

Emma Solomon
Emma Solomon is a senior at the Woodside Priory School and has been participating in Model UN since freshman year. Emma was elected as Head Delegate of her school’s club and is very excited for all of the upcoming conferences and events this coming year. Outside of being a Model UN delegate, Emma is active in musical theater, choir, swimming, and activism through GirlUp and voter registration campaigns. |
Sahana Singh
Sahana Singh is a senior at Woodside Priory. She has been a member of MUN since 7th grade. Outside of MUN, she volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula and is a member of SafeSpace's Youth Board. In her free time, she loves to thrift, photograph her friends, and bake. Her favorite item she's thrifted is a pair of vintage Guess zebra print pants. |
Zachary Robinson
Zachary Robinson is a Junior at Stevenson High School. Zachary has been involved with Model UN since his freshman year and has participated in many conferences from Santa Clara to the University of Southern California. His favorite Model UN memory is debating the economic crisis in Venezuela. He is also a member of the varsity water polo and swim teams, and enjoys playing the piano and drums. |
Ryan Pipkin
Ryan Pipkin is a Senior at Kinkaid High School in Houston, Texas. She has been a member of Model UN for 3 years. In her free time, Ryan enjoys drawing, playing field hockey, and spending time with friends. |
