Topic: Educational Equality in Developing Nations
Chairs: Neha Mali and Hriday Chhabria Email: [email protected] Topic Description: Education in developing countries is often hindered by extreme inequalities between different regions and groups of people with varying socio-economic backgrounds. This committee strives to bridge that gap by discussing solutions regarding how member states can better distribute resources, remove work obligations for children, and improve educational facilities.

Neha Mali is a sophomore at Cupertino High School and has been participating in MUN since freshman year. Her favorite MUN experiences include debating “The Troubles” in BHOC and “Mosquito-borne Illnesses” in WHO. In her free time, she enjoys binging shows on Netflix. |
Hriday Chhabria
Hriday is currently a senior at Basis Independent Silicon Valley. He has been passionate about Model UN since middle school back when he stayed in India. Apart from politics, he loves talking tech on his YouTube channel. He is often running to Apple Park, making apps in my nook or knocking on doors for political candidates. |
